Residents' Suggestions for Improvements
- » Restaurants in Saratoga are super expensive and have terrible hours. If you haven’t gotten off for lunch by 1:30 you basically can’t eat except at the convenience / grocery stores. Downtown has lost it’s charm, it’s dirty and with all the bars there is often vomit on the sidewalk. There a few good stores there, bridge street bargains, the lucky pearl, etcetera but they can’t undo the nastiness of downtown. No one takes care of the green areas any more.
- » hot pool bathroom facilities need an upgrade. Downtown Saratoga has too many closed businesses especially weekends. Restaurants also often closed, slow service, poor quality food too often. Municipal pool opens too late in season and closes too early in season. Veteran Island could use considerable ball court maintenance. Shooting range gets trashed too often; users leaving broken items used as targets
- » Door missing on women’s restroom. Tennis courts need repaired at Veterans Island. Bullet shells everywhere and side of building shot up at shooting range.
- » Our pool is embarrassing for our community. It is very boring with no slides or anything to do and is ridiculously expensive. It needs a total make over.
- » Most are old
- » Veterans Island - looking forward to completion.
- » Saratoga Lake - The road into it is in poor shape, potable water was promised years ago when the camping fee was raised 50%. Shooting Range - see for yourself
- » Lodging options - need more for RVs
- » Downtown Saratoga - parking remains an issue. Angle parking is hard to back out of safely. Saratoga Lake - needs potable water!
- » Shooting Range - needs clean up (maybe volunteers), then continued picking up of casings and trash.
- » Downtown Bridge St. could use more festive lighting & large flower pots during spring & summer
- » Try to attract more downtown businesses
- » The walk path at Veterans Island could be kept up better during the winter months to give people a place to walk and get outside.
- » Buck Springs needs new stands/seating
- » Gun Club needs updated. Saratoga Lake needs communication point at all access about current info eg. The blooms of algae Saratoga golf course needs cared for so it’s not so dry
- » The golf course used to offer memberships at a reasonable price, and we miss that. However, it did help to be able to purchase the punch cards early.
- » Restaurants can’t get help - but need to stagger closed days. If a business wants to succeed, need to be open. Can’t just close just because ??. I know getting help is one reason for this.
- » Swimming pool needs to be open for tourist season. Never hear anything about the parks.
- » Both hot pools and fishing/ floating upper North Platte has become crowded and over used
- » I feel we need updated accommodations.
- » Too few areas for lodging and are mainly taken. The gun range should be maintained a little bit more often.
- » More lodging options are needed and upkeep to the existing options. General maintenance of many properties is lacking. Needs some beautification through the town including downtown, residential, and businesses
- » Many buildings are vacant and we need more opportunities for young individuals in our town, such as a bowling alley or movie theater.
- » We need a stop light or something to divert traffic at the 4 way by bridge street. We also could use more walking trails or paths to keep kids and tourists out of the road. The swimming pool is never open and is not accessible to the youth. It needs better management.
- » Would like to see Fixed wing or rotary medical asset at airport. Also, would love to see more options for kids, especially in winter.
- » This town simply needs cleaning up. It has improved since we first moved here, however much more needed. Implement zoning rules & get rid of all the junk. Improve streets & clean upyards & business fronts. Paint signs & buildings. Make it somewhere to be proud of. Tax me for it - I’m happy to pay more for quality of Saratoga! Hold people accountable for the mess their yard/house/land is in. Greybull, Dubois, Thayne, Afton, Thermopolis have improved town signs, clean streets & neighborhoods, better than ours.
- » Restaurants close early and hardly any are open during the weekends. The pool needs more open hours and a season pass. It could use some food options as well. The park needs major improvements it’s very run down and outdated.
- » Museum is a little small, as in the literal space. I always feel cramped when I’m in there. Same thing for the pool.
- » Swimming pool is extremely old and outdated for our growing community. The restaurants need to rotate days they are open so there are options everyday of the week. The shooting range needs better options for hanging targets on. Saratoga lake needs better park area for kids staying at campground
- » Hobo Hot Pools need locker rooms/bathrooms to be improved and cleaned more frequently.
- » The hot pool has had some good improvements but is just not quite what it could be. The dressing rooms on both sides have drainage issues, awful toilets and sinks, no privacy doors and in general look disgustingly dirty on a regular basis. The stairs into the original pool need to be reconfigured and repaired. There should be signage about the slickness of not-so-hotstairs. It just needs more!!
- » Veterans has also gotten some improvements but desperately needs new playground equipment. The shooting range could use a new shooting area andwould not be that much to do it.
- » I think the hot pools are a little gross, but I know that some people really like them the way they are.
- » Would like different types of dining options and would be great to have more staff so could have options on Sunday and Monday. Need more affordable housing to help with staffing availability. Downtown sidewalks used to be heated, redo would be fantastic and summer flowers were beautiful but have disappeared. Saratoga Resort, or Inn, bring back the whole membership with golf and pool!!!! Fix up the golf course, alternate watering times. Love Saratoga and it’s a wonderful place to be
- » The dining options and downtown Saratoga need improvement, but much of that is due to lack of attainable housing. Empty storefronts could be filled with businesses, if there were programs to help entrepreneurs get into storefront
- » Litter pick up all over.
- » Shively Field needs to be moved out of town. The constant deafening noise and jet fuel exhaust are impossible to live with any more with all the new planes coming and going since they expanded the runway.
- » Airport should not be in the middle of town. Total health hazard.
- » Hobo hot pools could use updates and better cleaning for restrooms. Dining options could be expanded considering demand, especially on weekends. Downtown Saratoga could use some life on Sundays during peak tourist times. Not sure how to incentivize businesses to open, but we look like a ghost town. Municipal swimming pool struggled to be consistent with hours, understandably staffing is hard, but it would be nice and socially responsible to offer swimming lessons considering the proximity to the river. If Saratoga public golf course is public, are they receiving any funds from the public or town to help maintain? Despite efforts to host new events, it’s worrisome that the town/general public doesn’t seem to support this, or promote itat all. So many people, including residents who had lived here for years were unaware of its existence until the pro shop moved. This seems like a large scale opportunity for increased tourism across the board for the entire community.
- » MANY EXPERIANCES IN OUR COMMUNITY ARE WOR.
- » STAFFING IS AN ISSUE FOR ALL BUSINESS IN THE AREA.
- » Many of the lodging options are impractical and expensive and the Hobo pools are just plain nasty.
- » The swimming pool just isn’t open enough.
- » Maybe clean up the hot pools a little bit
- » The pool needs to be open during summer months.
- » Zero maintenance of town facilities.
- » Veterans island resurface pickleball/tennis courts
- » Dedicated pickleball courts
- » The lake is unusable in the summer because of toxic algae so maybe some better in flow/ outflow.
- » The surrounding area around the Hobo pool and river could stand a little makeover. The dining in the area is actually pretty good, the hours of operation needs improvement.
- » It is disappointing to go downtown to shop or eat and the businesses are closed. The odd days and hours are impossible to keep track of and we rarely even try anymore.
- » Hot pools need monitored and cleaned. Better access to the river.
- » Better parking downtown try to bring businesses in. The public swimming pool needs to be open when they say they’re gonna be open. What public golf course? It’s my understanding it belongs to the Saratoga Inn not the Town of Saratoga. Veterans island Pickleball courts need to be level. I can see some liability issues there.
- » The town of Saratoga must rely on tourism to maintain the town and have a grow. We are going to get growth whether we want to or not so we should prepare for it.
- » The bathrooms are often dirty at the hot pools. The golf course has gotten expensive and needs more staff to maintain it. The lake becomes a party area in the summer and trash accumulates.
- » Many need general maintenance to improve overall appearance. Keeping sidewalks in good repair, free of debris, with fresh paint along curbs, etc. Garbage cans for refuse and dog waste stations clean & emptied regularly. It would be fabulous if there was a way to better keep track/be notified of restaurant dining hours, as many times these things change due to staffing availability, etc. “Where to eat today” is a question I hear asked often.
- » The sewer lines need to be cleaned. They need to have a sewer jet come into town and clean the lines.
- » Police dept
- » Hot pools: clean more often, rock repairs, doors on showers, signage for ‘personal hygeine’ be done in shower room, steps to river side rock pools to prevent elders from falling.
- » Public swimpool: better prep and maintainance to upgrade and prepare for summer, trained lifeguards prior to summer
- » Saratoga Lake: clean beach side to be free of glass and put trash barrels for city to maintain or post signage to clean up after your use, study and learn why it has become the norm for August cyanobacteria bloom preventing the use of our lake during the hottest summer month. Is this related to extensive use of fertilizer privately on the immediate banks of the lake? Is it preventable?
- » Downtown - has a lot of deferred maintenance on the buildings, more pedestrian friendly walking with bump outs at intersections. Dining - Better variety of shops and food. The businesses should be more consistent with hours and days open. Golf Course - The golf course is very dated and poorly maintained. It is the only option for non-Oldy Baldy members and honestly its terrible. It’s like hitting your ball of pavement or putting on concrete.
- » Veterans Park - Has a ton of deferred maintenance and I think the space is confused on what it wants to be. Is it play area for kids, and large event venue, or both. It needs major updating on structures, tables, playground facilities, irrigated grass areas, etc. The walking trail should be extended outside of the park as a well-defined trail that takes people around the entire city limits. Lake – This needs to be monitored. My kids must constantly watch for broken beer bottles etc. The sand should be raked, and the beach cleaned a few times a season. Gun Club- looks like no one has done anything to it for 25 years. The structure needs improvement and the range itself needs to be raked and cleaned with better target areas. This should be done twice a season.
- » Overall, I love this town, but it needs some love to its look, feel, and options for all ages.
- » Restaurant hours when open
- » downtown Saratoga could use more variety of retail stores. Veterans Island is nice, however the maintenance of the Island could improve. The Gun club is functional but could use some trees to make it nicer. The swimming pool needs more consistent staffing to insure normal hours of operation. The heated sidewalks downtown... what happened to them?
- » The lake needs spruced up.
- » Community center is to expensive for locals to use.
- » There could be more picnic tables and trees for shade in the camping area at Saratoga Lake
- » Year round businesses would improve the Downtown experience.
- » Restaurants are not open enough.
- » Golf Course is too expensive for the quality of the course. Veterans Island playground equipment needs updated along with the horseshoe pits. We need more hotel rooms to meet the needs of the events in the valley.
- » Restaurant hours could be improved. Places aren’t open very late - which is hard for them with finding help etc
- » Restaurants are expensive and rarely open. Find a way to keep snowy pass open so we can go skiing
- » I think these amenities would be better utilized by local people if there were less tourists.
- » I think the hobo pool & municipal pool, could use a facelift . Obviously staff for the pool is an issue . The resorts golf course is in poor shape , but it’s privately owned .
- » Golf course isn’t friendly or available. Thank you.
- » Finding help around here is difficult. It seems like the people that have jobs are working their butts off, and business owners are excelling but have way more than they can take care of. Every day is a new episode of “Will We Get Done Before Guests Arrive?” followed by “Did Booking.com Really Sell My Rooms for $76/Night?”
- » Saratoga is well placed for growth in the future, but the basic infrastructure is tired and needs improvement. The amenities are basic and do their basic function, but aren’t set up to sustain growth.
- » • Hot pools aren’t clearly marked, and should be emphasized by name.
- » • Boat ramp is oddly located to have to back across the road, and it can’t accommodate more than about one trailer at a time. Additionally, many visitors have needed help getting back to it after they float right past it (again not marked)
- » • Downtown needs guidance on acceptable usage of the spaces and incentives to draw in business.
- » • The swimming pool could use more programming and support in more consistent hours
- » • Veterans Island is not clearly marked from the townside, and isn’t convenient to access. The infrastructure on the island is underwhelming. I would love to see a real destination there (basketball courts/multi-use courts), dramatically improved playground (it’s nearly non-functional), bathroom structure (not portable toilets)
- » • Saratoga lake is fine, but not a desirable destination for campers and visitors to come to town
- » • Shively Field could now be a public airport, and that would be an incredible amenity
- » • Buck Springs feels like a complete afterthought. The structures for vendors are subpar, and the bleachers could be improved.
- » • Saratoga Gun Club again needs improved signage and maintenance. Inconversations with a couple of the guys operating it, they don’t have much in the way of dues, and didn’t seem open to fundraising for the location. However, cleanup is an issue, targets could be improved, systems for putting targets in place, etc. As a major hunting/shooting destination, the Platte Valley should have better amenities.
- » • The dog park is an oddity. It is the only dog park I have ever seen that allows “private” usage
- » • We just need more lodging. Recruitment of developers/operators by way of economic incentives would be huge.
- » Shooting range + hot pool need some upkeep and improvement to prevent vandalism, etc.
- » For most “needs improvement” answers are areas that need repairs. The hot pond is crumbling, the rock face is falling off the benches, and the ladies restroom hasn’t been cleaned well in over a year and has mold. Several large rocks surrounding the lobster pot have fallen away. The wall that separates the municipal pool and hot springs is cracking. Downtown Saratoga has sidewalks that are supposed to be geothermally heated so that they will be ice-free for pedestrians. However, there are sections of the sidewalk that still ice up.
- » A lot people don’t know that the Saratoga Hot Springs Resort golf course is open to the public.
- » The Saratoga Museum is in need of a few repairs such as the gutters, painting the caboose and converting the railcar into a useable space. They also need more display space. They are running out of storage. Plans were drawn up for a new museum and land was even donated for this purpose.
- » Veterans Island used to be THE place for families to spend time on the weekends and holidays but the tennis courts were transformed into a skate park that no one used, the horseshoe pits need repairs as well as several other features at the park. The town also used to have more family events such as Easter Egg Hunts but the island is hardly utilized anymore.
- » Buck Springs Rodeo Area is difficult to get to. If you have a truck, you can drive on the deeply rutted driveway, but if you want to attend a rodeo in a car, it is dicey. Also, there is no flat parking space; it is in the sagebrush. It is not signed very well either; any tourist would not be able to find it.
- » Saratoga Gun Club/Shooting Range needs updating. It looks like an abandoned structure.
- » Golf course is in poor shape
- » Building at gun range could use some improvements Buck springs arena needs new bleachers. Saratoga museum needs new director- when I voted for the district tax I thought it was to improve the museum, not for the directors salary.
- » Community needs to make the investment to make the attractions they have as nice as possible.
- » Recreation department needs to be responsible for parks and hhobo
- » Lot of drugs / rough people at the hobo pool .
- » -restaurants/dining: limited options based on day of the week, only one fast casual restaurant. would appreciate ethnic cuisine.
- » - swimming pool: poor governance lead to unsatisfactory operating days and hours.
- » - veterans island: update playground equipment, remove brush in areas for fishing access, better landscaping at the south end of the island.
- » -saratoga lake: clearly mark camp spaces (esp. width), road to/from is deplorable, pedistrian/bike access to the lake from downtown on its own path.
- » -kathy glode: resurface playground, adjust surface to reduce high dropoff points from slides, relocate the dumpsters from immediately adjacent to picnic areas (that summer stench is hard to swallow).
- » Golf course seems to need better turf management.
- » Hot pools aren’t generally pleasant due to the crowd and younger groups being drunk and belligerent. The Saratoga lake is hard to enjoy the beaches are all glass in the sand.
- » PLEASE for the love of ANY locals, make the one block on Bridge street a one way. Its a flow nightmare as it is - particularly during “tourist” season. WORK FORCE issues are driving the bus....get it? Why does anything w the pool have to be such a tooth & nail fight?
- » The Hobo pool does not feel safe- fear of needles, etc.
- » Veterans island is such a gem but the facilities need updating. Don’t understand why Never Forget Park can’t be incorporated with the actual island (it IS Veterans island after all) and those funds be used for facility improvements. The Saratoga Inn’s golf course is in the worst shape in years. Greens are terrible. Fairways need work. Wish Doc would pay more attention to it. Sadly it will take a good grounds person years to bring it back.
- » Hobo pool is extremely primitive, moss floating by grosses me out. Museum is small and cramped.
- » Signage, access, aesthetics, facility and equipment needs improvements in all of these community areas
- » in terms of Lodging. i believe we need More. not needs improving on the current lodging unless its the Hacienda. but More would be beneficial to use the community center to its full potential
- » Need more restrauarants a fast food style would help out the community. Most places aren’t open every day of the week, so we typically travel to Encampment to eat due to better options and more selection.
- » Veterans Island and Kathy Glode parks could both benefit from new or updated playground equipment.
- » Not enough restaurants, especially ones that offer meals with out beef or pork. The down town needs a little more variety and stay open more than a few hrs during the.
- » It is sad that the saratoga swimming pool does not have a baby pool or a slide! Everyone enjoyed both. 2024 the pool was closed a lot which was a huge disappointment!
- » Downtown needs more businesses and the ones that are there need to be open longer. Swimming pool needs to be open longer and needs to be bigger with a long place to swim laps. Community center needs to be more easily available and needs a better website.
- » Downtown hours if store could improve.
- » Buck springs: better seating and concessions Veterans island needs better river access and some maintenance of existing facilities Food needs more hours and reliable open days.
- » I do think things need cleaned up and fixed for safety sake but I don’t support ruining the river for an unnatural walkway that effects our wildlife for example. I feel we need to be judicious in the changes we make. There used to be trash receptivity and flower pots all down Bridge st, but people began to destroy them and men would come out of the bars and pee in them so now there aren’t any. I can only think of 3 places there are bathrooms: Kathy Glode Park, behind the Wolf, and at the Hobo pool. Even Veterans Island doesn’t have any, they have 2 port-a-potties there.
- » Downtown appearance is not inviting to visitors.
- » In order to truly encourage pedestrian traffic, there needs to be sidewalks or walking paths--more than just downtown and at the park.
- » We have a lot of work to be a welcoming community to visitors and people looking to relocate here.
- » The crosswalks in town are difficult to cross as many individuals are not attentive to their presence and do not stop for pedestrians. We have far too many vacant storefronts and the hours in which our current businesses operate need some adjustment.
- » The businesses close too early in the summer and downtown stores are not open on Saturday when people are walking around. The pool needs to be open in the summer
- » This community is amazing! I would humbly suggest more in the way of date night for couples and more family friendly options in town.
- » See previous comment. Thank you for this.
- » We need a wow factor. Like something cool that turns heads of people that drive by. Maybe some kind of attraction like the world’s biggest rubber band ball or the museum of the history of cheese. Something to stop for.
- » Too many tourists at hot pool
- » Why are extremely loud vehicles allowed? Why are neighbors ruined by people who use their property as a junk yard? Why are dogs allowed to bark through the night? Why are some vehicles allowed to spew dangerous exhaust?
- » The strongest deterrent to visitors that I have personally been told by tourism is the constant spraying for mosquitoes both by plane and trucks. It destroys their weekends and their evenings and makes it impossible for them to be outside to be able to enjoy the community. The chemicals are so caustic but people run having been sickened and saying that they will never return. There must be more environmently sound ways to deal with the mosquitoes without killing off the people too..
- » Change the approach and takeoff direction at the airport so planes don’t endanger town
- » Resurface concrete veterans island. Make it a multi functional park
- » Trying to promote and increase tourism is great, but we don’t have the infrastructure for it -motels, workforce, etc
- » The general appearance of the community could use a face lift. There seems to be no concerns about 15 cars parked in front of a home and trash and weeds. There are properties with pride, and many with zero pride. It is not appealing to people who are traveling through or thinking about relocating. The roads have holes in them and the businesses are not open through the entire weekend. I see tourists walking down on Bridge street on a Sunday looking to shop, and everything is closed. Weekends should be the busiest time for retail and restaurants, but few are open and if they are, they offer odd hours.
- » I would love to have recycling options available in Saratoga.
- » It would go a long way to simply keep buildings and signs well maintained with fresh paint and free of weeds, large cracks/holes in cement/pavement, etc.
- » There is a need for fast food restaurants. They don’t have to be in the town limits but we should have some nearby.
- » Our community is booming fast. We must create a balance to preserve what we have. Our infrastructure is lacking for the growth we are experiencing. Lack of police coverage to maintain traffic, noise and animal control. Lack of affordable housing taking living space for necessary service workers. Too many Airbnbs and no regulation at the City level to balance. Add another motel to meet travelers needs. Public transit or car rental to accommodate increased air traffic. Lack of sidewalks makes a difficult to walk with luggage from Shively Field to town. Better preparation for emergency shut downs (internet/ electricity, etc)
- » I feel the people of Saratoga, for the most part, are eager to engage tourist to our community. I personally enjoy meeting folks from other parts to the world and am enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge of recreational activities to be enjoyed around our valley and mountains.
- » We only have one nice park in Saratoga. People need to keep their hands off of it and start trying to build things better.
- » Recycle should be an option in Saratoga. Tourism is taking over the town, it’s hard for local people to travel, eat, and just live. It’s very frustrating when there are constantly tourists walking out in front of you while driving. The cost of living and cost of dining is outrageous.
- » Overall, this is a really cute town and has plenty of tourism. Moving from a city life to Saratoga has been a breath of fresh air (literally!) The schools are amazing, the local construction workers provide exceptional service and the post office is lovely.
- » Biggest tourist complaints have been lack of dining options open Sundays and Mondays and later in the evening, no vehicle maintenance/tire repair available on weekends, and that “no one smiles here.”
- » Public dumpsters are disgusting
- » Tourists are already coming and that is increasing and will continue to increase. Further promoting is not needed, we should be spending and marinating what we already have .
- » Employees don’t have to be specidfically trained in hospitality. Most “training programs” appear to be more business and income driven, not qualitative public service oriented. People need support on the service side of things.
- » Also- what is this “recycling” thing you speak of. I didn’t know that word existed in Saratoga.
- » WORK FORCE town doesn’t have the needed help. Neither do state parks or the Feds. Locals DON’T WANT to live where people come to vacation! Especially those of us who moved here from that kind of scene. Please, the greater need is to focus on liveable ecologically sustainable communities.
- » I believe we could vastly improve tourism and increase revenue in our community by focusing on signage, maintenance and general appearance of our resources
- » No public bathrooms other than out houses at the Town Hall for visitors. Even the gas stations direct visitors away from using their rest rooms.
- » No bicycle lanes, few walking lanes except downtown. Many motorists show no courtesy to other ways of getting around town
- » There needs to be town ordinance enforced to clean up houses and trash around them. Our school street that several drive is embarrassing with houses with junk blowing all over.
- » There are not enough fun opportunities for youth in our valley.
- » We don’t have enough convinces and the town doesn’t not support growth and development that improves the quality of life here. I would move away from here if the right employment opportunity presented itself.
- » There is a balance between the authenticity and history and growth and opportunity. Saratoga has a hospital now so it will bring more long term residents knowing they can be cared for here 12 months a year. This is the best community we’ve ever been a part of but there is room for family friendly/kid improvements.
- » There are so many trailers with garbage all over the place. There are a bunch of abandoned or dilapidated houses.
- » There is not a Walmart, or a store with a wide variety of things to purchase. All we have is grocery stores, and a hunting supply store, among other things. It’s hard having to buy most things online or at a Walmart a couple hours away.
- » There is good and bad with having no HOA in residential areas. Or not having local ordinances regarding yards not maintained, trash and old vehicles in yards. Many of Saratoga’s residential areas need improvement.
- » Getting to observe wildlife in town sho be protected.
- » We will have to move if the airport continues in this manner and the mosquitoe spraying robs us of our summers here. We have to either be in lock down in the evenings and weekends or leave town for each spraying..
- » Nothing is going to change
- » Need pickle ball courts
- » No sidewalks and few street lights. Driving down a street you will have a semi-tractor trailer on one side and trailers and pickups and cars on the other. There does not seem to be any enforcement on ordinances. Local people here seem content, but anyone new to the community is made to feel uncomfortable to express their opinions or ideas. We need affordable housing, we need for the new hospital to hire qualified people, offer good benefits and service patients in a prompt and efficient manner.
- » The housing prices are too high in relation to many of the nearby properties. Many of the properties in Saratoga are in shambles yet the available property prices don’t reflect the true value. Law enforcement need additional assistance. The fire department needs additional assistance. Building codes need to be reevaluated and enforced.
- » I really hope this survey and the team behind it can effect changes that need to be made today, to better plan for tomorrow. Thank you
- » I grew up here, my roots run deep, i am going to die here and will enjoy everyday from now until i do die!
- » Many of the locals express concern for the “massive drug problem” in town, and that if kids aren’t in sports they easily get involved with the wrong crowd in school.
- » There seems to be a lack of knowledge about the living conditions of some kids in the community, specifically the trailer court, but this is also hearsay. I’m new and have no idea what’s going on!
- » If the cost of living keeps increasing we won’t be able to afford to live here. I don’t feel safe in my neighborhood due to drugs and we live by a school. We have cameras on our house due to unwanted people traffic in our neighborhood.
- » We love Saratoga and we want it to grow but we don’t want it to turn into Jackson hole.
- » Sidewalks are not maintained for wheelchairs, not shoveled in the winter months
- » Quality of life would be greatly improved if housing became more available and affordable. Not just for the wealthy, but for seasonal and underpriveleged workers.
- » Focos needs to be on liveable communities: schools, aging in place services, affordable permanent housing, near health care access, reliable clean water, decently maintained streets & roads, LIVABLE community things.
- » Dogs bark way too much in most neighborhoods. But we get used to it. Also Jesus Christ should be the center of this community!
